Does anyone have experience with Lansuite and faxing from Outlook?
I have 602Software LanSuite 2003 in stalled as my email and fax
gateway and I have LanSuite configured to send faxes via a modem on
the server.
LanSuite has a SendFax driver that can be chosen as a printer from a
Word, Excel, etc. and this works fine.
However, the LanSuite manual says a message composed in Outlook (like
an email) can be send as a fax through LanSuite by addressing the TO:
to number@fax or (e-mail address removed).
The former doesn't work because Outlook is looking for a x.x addresss
format, and the latter doesn't work because I get mail returned saying
that there is no transport carrier.
