Faxing

I'm trying to use my OutlookFax software and it will only
let me send files which are in the .bmp format or .fax
format and I cannot find that format on my Microsoft Word
save menu. Can you please help me?

I know of at least 5 fax programs Outlook can use.
To which are you referring?
By what method are you trying to send faxes?
