feature in word to repeat footnotes & create bibliography

T

TUT

Footnotes are often used more than once and the source is needed again for
the bibliography. It would help if there was a template where one could enter
information on each source and choose the style such as Chicago, APA, or MLA
that could be applied to the document. Once the information is entered in the
template a menu could let you choose the source needed for a footnote and add
the page number or other additional reference that might be needed for that
particular use in the footnote. The information contained in the footnote
sources should contain all everything needed for the bibliography. At the end
of the document once could select an option to create a bibliogrpahy and use
the style chosen for the footnotes (Chicago, APA, MLA). This would help
eliminate the cutting and pasting necessary to create a uniform style
footnote, assist in consistancy of style between documents, facilitate an
accurate accounting of footnotes, creation of bibliography, etc. Your
consideration of this feature would be sincerely appreciated.
