"Feature Isn't Installed" When Trying to Run Access 2000 Query Wiz

I am getting an error that says the feature isn't installed whenever I try to
run the "Find Duplicates" or "Find Unmatched" Query Wizards in Access 2000. I
KNOW these wizards used to work... I just can't remember whether it was on my
old Win2000 computer or this new XP-Pro computer.

I've tried both repairing and reinstalling Office 2000 and get an Error 1328
on a patch during that.

I'm out of my league, I think. HELP!!!!!
