I'd find it more comfortable to work in OneNote if it had the option of
permanently leaving on the little paragraph/topic marker icon that now
flashes when I put the cursor on a line of text. Ecco had a little icon by
each outline item that you could just drag.
The little marker does stay in place for any item that has a subtopic below
it, but not for those items that have no subtopics.
Something about that flashing guy doesn't seem as stable or friendly as a
permanent one would. Please consider this. Thanks!
