feed Excel Data Base from web

Hello!

How would I go about creating some sort of web form that feeds my Excel Data
Base? (sort of what Google Spreadsheets does with Forms)

I must admit to never having used Google Spreadsheets. But, for Excel,
you'll want to go to Data > Import External Data > New Web Query and follow
the directions...
