feedback forms help needed

I am trying to create a feedback form that sends the results to an email
address. no matter what I do I cannot get it to work. I have adjusted the
form properties so that the results get sent to an email address, but
nothing works. my server has fp2002 extensions installed. any suggestions?

Please define "nothing works". What happens when you press the Submit
button, etc.

The error is a indication that either the form was not uploaded via FP's
http mode or the host has not configured the FP extensions to process email.

To test this open the live site in FP, and remove the email address, but let
it write to the file in the _private folder, if this works the extensions
are set to process forms, but not send email.
