Feeding In Record info from Sharepoint List via a Data Connection

I am using IP2003 and a data connection with a Sharepoint
list. I am trying to select the name using a drop-down list in IP, then have
the remaining record info feed into form. If I change the name on the form
then the related fields will change to match the name record.

e.g. My sharepoint list has:
Name Address email Status
Age
John Doe 123 Any St. (e-mail address removed) Active 30
Jane Smith 456 Main St. (e-mail address removed) Active 28
Paul Brown 789 Elm St. (e-mail address removed) Inactive 37

In my form I have a drop-down list connected to this list via the Name field
with text boxes for the other fields of the list. (these additional text
boxes can not be modified) When I select a name from the list, I would like
the remaining field from
list to populate. If I change the name the other field should reflect the
change. This can happen automatically or via a refresh button click.

Is this type of functionality with a data connection sharepoint list
possible? If not, is there another way to make this work as described.

Will Master/Detail control provide this kind of functionality? If so, can
some one point me to a form where it is used so I can see how it was setup?
