You might be able to get assistance from HP's support site, or from the
retailer who sold you this PC. Or perhaps you can locate a newsgroup
dedicated to supporting HP computers.
This particular newsgroup is dedicated to support of the MS Access database
program, which is part of some versions of the MS Office Suite. The web page
is not totally clear and may have misled you.
