Fetching Header Problem

I have only a single user on my network with this
problem. About 6 months ago, I upgraded this person's
laptop from Windows98 to Windows2000Pro. Several months
later, her Outlook2000 client keeps freezing with the
fetching header problem. (It just states fetching new
headers in the Inbox for mail.company.org) The client is
configured for IMAP connecting to a Sun Cobalt server.

Delete and rebuild client profile? Doesn't fix it.
Remove and reinstall Office2000? Doesn't fix it.
Delete and recreate the account on the Cobalt? Doesn't
fix it.

Has anyone seen this? Thanks.
