Few questions about powerpoint

Version: 2008 Processor: Intel Is there a way to "select all" in powerpoint (I want to change the font in the complete document, but can only "select all" one slide at a time)?

Is there a way to "select all" in notes pages? (I want to send reviewers my slides for review, but want to delete the content in notes pages)

Alternatively, is there a way to save a power point presentation in a format such that you cannot see notes pages?

I would appreciate any feedback on those questions!

Thanks you,
Andri

Hi Andri,

powerpoint (I want to change the font in the complete document, but can
only "select all" one slide at a time)?

In PowerPoint 2008, you can select a new theme to change all the colours
and fonts used in the current presentation. Keep in mind that this is a
global change, and that you cannot customise it (unless you create your
own themes). You can find more information in PowerPoint's help feature.
You can find themes in the Document Theme section of the Formatting Palette.

Alternatively, you can simply modify the fonts in the slide masters.
Click on View>Master>Slide Master and make your modifications in there.
When you return to the presentation itself, you will find that all the
slides based on the slide masters you have just modified have changed to
reflect those modifications.

I don't know if it is possible to delete all the notes at once. I'm sure
some of the smart people in here can help you with this. That being
said, you could always save your presentation in a static image format,
such as JPG or PDF, to obtain just the slides. Keep in mind, though,
that these file formats will not display animations or transitions, so
it may not be the right solution for you.

Another option if it's just a matter of font family:

<snip>
<snip>

Go to Format> Replace Fonts..., select the font you want to replace then
select the one you want to replace it with. All other formatting attributes
[bold, italic, color, size, etc.] will be retained.
