Few questions

I am new to Frontpage, and have recently created a website that is up and
running.

Several words on several pages are underlined as if they are a link.
They do not show this way in the program, only when viewed on the web.

I have a theme applied but the background doesnt show up on the web, but it
does on the program.

How do I correct spaces between cells?
