few team members cannot reach doc libs from their computer

Hi There,

my problem is that various users cannot reach the doc libs from their
computer. However, on another computer they can reach the libs well. The
interesting thing is all users have the same permissions (team member),
all computers security settings are identical.
I tried to remove/add the user again, try to remove the activex
controllers from their computer but all my attempts were unsuccessful.

What happens when they try to access the site. Do they get Authorisation
Failure page or Page not found page?

I would investigate differences between the client machines. The document
libraries, issues and risks do not use ActiveX controls so that is not the
problem.
I the use accounts don't have a roaming profile then it may be a case of
reviewing the settings in Internet Explorer. You may need to add the site
address to the Trusted Sites Zone in Internet Explorer on these machines.
Also with Trusted Sites selected click on the 'Custom Level...' button (the
button on the Security Tab in I.E. Internet Options) and set the security to
'Automatically Log on with current username and password'.

When they try to access the public document library they get an
authorization request form again and again.

On every computers the project servers url are added to the trusted site
zone. they can login to the project webaccess without giving username
and password, but if the want to enter the document library area they
get the authorization request continuosly.
