Field boxes

How do you get those white text boxes to go away and blend in with the
forms. I am using the formatted colors and you see white boxes instead of
the color in the background. Is there anyway to fix that? Please help and
thanks for your time.

Remove the background color for the text box: Right-click: Borders and
Shading.
