Field Calculation error in Word/Access Mail Merge

C

Chuck

Knowledge base article 120278 does not help in our issue
and am looking for insight.
We have a word mailmerge document that is referencing an
Access 2000 table as the data source.
We are using the query functionlity in Mail Merge to limit
the record selection.
It appears to retrieve the data correctly, but when you
generate the "merge" to a new document or the printer, we
get the error "A Field Calculation Error Occurred in
Record..." I assume the calculation has something to do
with the query as there are no calculated fields in the
document. This appears to be a nuisance error message.
Am I missing something and does anyone know how to
practically work around this?

Hi Chuck,

You may want to post this in the Word Mailmerge
newsgroup and include the version of Word you are
using.
