Field Calculation Error

Can anyone help? I am using a Word Table to enter data
for merging a letter. However, when I try to run the
merge with the data table, I get the following error
message:

"A field calculation error occurred in record 1" (then it
goes to 2, then 3, all the way up to 120 (total records).
Any suggestion/help would really make my life easier!

If you are just using the Word table as a data source there is unlikely to
be a problem with it unless, e.g. you have used unusual column names.

What fields have you put in your mail merge main document? Are there any
calculations, IF fields etc.?
