Field code for "number of copies printed"

This is what I'd like to do: Let's say I have a 10 page
document but I'm going to print out 20 copies. I'd like
to insert the text "Copy 1 of 20" for the first printed
set, and "Copy 2 of 20" on the second set, etc so that
this text only shows up when the document is printed out.
Is there a field code or workaround for doing this?

I think you would have to use VBA to initiate your printing and to stuff the
appropriate text in where you need it.
