field codes for acronyms

What is the field code to place on an acronym and what is the code I use in
the TOC to call in the acronyms?

Acronyms are a false economy. If the acronym needs explaining, spell it out.
Then you don't need to screw around with fields and glossaries, and you
won't kill anyone.

To answer your question: there isn't one (x 2).
