I recently added a memo field
called "IntellectualAccessNotes" to a replicated table. I
put it in forms and some reports and it is holding and
saving data just fine. Hoever, I noticed today that I
cannot view it in either the datasheet or design view of
the table. Neither does it show up in the field lists in
form or report design views or in the control source
properties windows. I did find it included in the field
lists within the form and query wizards. When I select in
in the query wizard, the query displays the data
correctly but refers to the field as Expr1:
[IntellectualAccessNotes] and not simply by the field
name. Even after doing that, it is not included in the
field list in the query design view.
What is causing this problem and is there a way to solve
it? If the field is functioning, should I leave it alone
or try to transfer the data, via a form, to a new field
with a different name?
Thanks for the help,
