I am creating a holiday card label mail merge. Many of my contacts (in
Outlook) just have my friend's name, but I want the label to have their
spouse's name on it, too. So, I added the name in the spouse field in
Outlook. Then, I created the first line of the label in the merge as: <First>
& <Spouse> <Last>. That works great when there is a spouse. When there isn't,
it prints: Jane & Smith, including the "&" and an extra space. Is there a
way to fix this? Thanks!
