Field Lists, Data Types and Comments

I have been asked to help some folks look at a very complex datbase that was
created by someone who no longer works here. He wrote good comments about
all the fields in the tables, but there are lots of tables with lots of
fields. They want me to do what sounds like the most simple task. Print
them a list of all the data fields that are collected in the database. I'm
sure this is possible, but I havent found tips.

Another method might get you what you want is to use Access documentor.
Click on menu TOOLS - Analyze - Documentor and select all the tables. Click
on options and select the items you want.
After it is run you can send it to Word or Excel.

Yes there was an implicit request for help. That is how you and the other
