field mapping errors during import

In trying to import a contact list into Business Contact Manager some of my
source file fields (column headings) do not show in the source file fields to
be mapped. It is always the first name and last name fields that are not
being picked up. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I discoverd that when the header has the same spelling than the standard
maping , this header will not appear on the left windows of the windows
mapping because it is automaticaly already inserted in the the right windows
mapping
