Field names on export

I am exporting a form into excel. This works great except the field names
are showing as the names in the table or the query. I have gone through both
the tables and the queries and changed the field properties captions to what
I want to see, but it still shows the original field names on the exported
spreadsheet. Where exactly is excel getting its field names, and can that be
changed?

That sounds great, however, after reading microsofts help files on Alias for
query I'm more confused about it than before reading that help files. Do you
have any examples of alias?

I figured it out. It was as simple as changing the name on the form. I did
come up with a new issue though. I would like to show the Form Header
information as header information on the exported spreadsheet. I have tried
several ways to achieve this, but each text box I add makes another column in
the spreadsheet and just shows the same value on every row. How do you get
header information to show up as header information on the spreadsheet?
