Field Names

I would like to copy/paste my table's field names into an
Excel spreadsheet. However, the paste f(x) is greyed out
after I click copy. How can I put the field names into
Excel?

Try copying and pasting a row of data. The field names will come along
automatically.

Okay I forgot one important piece of information: I want
to copy the table fields while in design mode. Sorry
about that. Any thoughts?

You can't do that AFAIK.
