I have a database that lists vacation hours earned every two weeks.
Each employees gets 2.45 every two weeks.
I have in the same database the list of dates when these apply. (On
10/14/05 "x" employee accumulates 2.45 hours of vacation)
I would like a field that tells me what a person as accumulated on any
given date.
So if I was looking at "John. Does" file it would say that as of
today's date he has only accumulated "x" amount of vacation.
I have 3 sets of fields, (Current rate of vacation) (Date vacation time
is earned)(vacation time used) each set has 29 entrees, one for each
pay day.
How do I set up this kind of field? I posted this question last week
but I cannot find it know so I am re-posting.
