Fields and shading

Hello. An attorney here just formatted a letter template. She inserted
labeled fields for name, address, date etc. On her original, these fields
are shaded in gray. When anyone else opens the template, the fields are
still labeled but they don't have the grey shading. How can I correct this?

It could be that "Form Field Shading" is turned off in the template
and she has "Field shading" is set to "Always" under
Tools/Options/View.

To make sure "Form Field Shading" is turned on for the template, which
will override the global Tools/Options/View Field Shading option, open
the template, turn on the Forms toolbar, and make sure "Form Field
Shading" is turned on.
