Fields in a form

Can I clear the fields in a form, once I have printed it. I currently need
to manually delete all fields each time I use it. I know there must be a way
to do this.

Create the form as a template. Create a new document from the template each
time: the fields will be blank (or contain whatever defaults you choose to
set in the template).

I saved the file as a template, however I still dont see how to clear the
fields. It gives me the shortcut of Control C to delete a field, but I still
have to clear it one field at a time. Is there a way to reset the complete
form?

If you save it as a template, you don't need to clear them. They are clear
to start with, when you create a document FROM the template.
