fields missing after exporting to Word. RTF

When I export a report to Word our company logo and lines
that separate data are not appearing in the Rich text
format in word. I believe the original database was
designed in an earlier version of Acces. Although I have
Access and Word 2000 running.
Any suggestions how to keep the report intact.
I export so that I can Fax. Any suggestions how to FAX
from Access

The ONLY native export format that supports graphical elements is Snapshot
Format.
