Fields of the OLAP cube

Hi,
Does anybody know which field of the OLAP cube represent the actual work of
a person who has entered the actual work in the "My Tasks" view, but has not
been sent for approval?

This work does not show up in the OLAP cube. In fact, in PS 2007, this work
is not exposed anywhere in the database to even query against. It is most
likely stored in binary format.

The updates have be go through the entire update cycle in order to appear in
the OLAP and reporting database. It is important to have a good process in
place that all PMs have finished updating the projects by a certain time of
the week to allow for the OLAP cube to run and report accurate hours as of a
status date.

Do you have any idea how can a Project Manager check, before accepting the
tasks, if all the team members has sent the tasks for approval and they have
reported, at least 8 hours a day?
