How do i produce a propmpt to fill in a field for a
template where the information is placeed in multiple
areas i.e. The prompt is "Enter company name:" Microsoft
is typed in and then microsoft is placed in all the areas
in the document where itis required.

Hi Hang,

Use a formfield and in the other locations where you want the information to
appear, insert a crossreference to the text of the bookmark name that is
assigned to the formfield. In the properties dialog for the formfield,
check the Calculate on Exit box to cause the cross references to be updated
to show the information that is entered into the formfield.
