As an adminisrator I populated an enterpise Text field which was both task
and resource (linked). I changed this in Gantt Chart and it automatically
updated in Resource Usage view.

However, when other users try and do same it does not copy across.

Is there a permissions or setting within Admin user which would affect this.

I have checked through one by one and can't find any.
