figuring bowling handicaps

a friend is the secretary for the bowling league and
wants to use Excel to figure the handicaps for the
bowlers involved. Any suggestions on the formula and/or
function to use?

Mlou,

My bowling league used to use

=0.8*(200-Average)

Where Average is the bowler's average, usually a moving average over
the last X weeks, at the leagues discretion.
