File Access Denied

Error while archiving folder "Deleted Items" in store "Personal Folders". File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst

I am using MS Outlook 2002 with XP Professional

How big is the .PST file? How many items are in the folder you're trying to
