File Already In use

Hi everyone,

I have a microsoft acess database used in shared mode by 4 users. Tha
database is on the network.
3 users can use the database with no problems and they logged in wit
the right permissions, but the 4th user have the message: "Fil
already in use". I gave the right permissions (write included) to th
folder that contains the database. Sometimes I have the error: "Coul
not lock file"
I tried everything.., may be somebody has encountered that error..

Are you certain that *every* user has read/write/create/delete permission on
the folder? Does this always happen with the one user, or is it always the
fourth?

You didn't name your mdw file the same as your mdb, did you?
