File and Settings Transfer Wizard not great with Outlook

I've been told that FAST does a poor job with Outlook. What is the
procedure to copy settings and folders manually? All settings and folders
reside on the local workstation.

When running FAST should I deselect anything so it won't try to copy and
restore Outlook?

Well as I understand it Fast makes a poor job in the rest of Office
It might depend on exactly what you want to transfer
