File & App open is slow

Hello,

I'm using Office XP Pro on a Windows XP Pro SP2 box and having slow response
when opening Word and documents. I've already run an Ofc Detect & Repair,
Disk cleanup & defrag. I believe the problem is a network printer (Dymo
Label) that is stuck in a "deleting-offline" status and I cannot remove it.
Please assist.
