File As field in Phone View different than Contact From

Hi all,

My problem is that I have set the File As field for my Contacts to display
as "CompanyName (LastName, FirstName)" but when I view the Contacts folder by
Phone List the File As field shows "CompanyName, LastName, FirstName".

How can I get that field to display as I have set it? On another computer,
the Phone List view is the same as the Contact form.
