"File As" Importing a .csv

Under the Tools > Options > Contact Options I have my
Contact "File As" order default set as Company (Last,
First). However, when I import a .csv file from Excel it
imports as a "File As" (Last, First).

If you know how I can import my .csv file so my "File As"
is Company (Last, First) I would appreciate hearin from
you.
