One of my clients has Microsoft Outlook 2003 and is using
it along with Microsoft Exchange 5.5 (we hope to upgrade
before the end of the month). Something strange seems to
have happened to his "File as" behaviour when creating a
new contact. I know that normally it should either file
the contact as "<last name>, <first name>" or "<first
name> <last name>", however in his case it ALWAYS reverses
the names. No matter what I do, I cannot seem to fix this
behaviour. I tried repeating this on another computer
using Outlook 2003 and his account and I cannot make it
happen. It appears to be a problem with his local Outlook.
Has anyone seen this problem? Or better yet, anyone have a
solution? I scowered the knowledge base articles and none
seem to help. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
