"File As" Question

Struggling

I am trying to import a .CSV business contacts file into Outlook and
want the Company name to be the "File As" record.

When I import into outlook and map Company to Company and map Contact (
which includes first, space, then last name ) to Name ( and not the sub
categories of Name ), the File As appears with the Contact name and not
the Company name.

I tried the same above but mappped the Contact field to the First Name
field as well as the Last Name field with the same results.

The only way I have been able to get the Company name to appear as the
"File As" field is to not map the Contact field at all but problem is I
NEED to have the contac person in my records.

Does anyone know how to overcome this???!!
