File association being changed

I recently installed Office 2000 SR1A and SP3, and now my file association
for HTML files keeps being changed. I have it pointing to my editor
(EditPlus), and it keeps getting changed to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\msohtmed.exe" interesting, it still opens in EP, but creates
another instance of the program, rather than opening in the existing
application window.

I would try asking the question of the support folks for that program. They
may know how to correct it since Office 2000 has been around for so long.
