I have Outlook 2003. I am unable to open documents (.doc) in word that are
attachments. Whenever I try to do so, even ones I was previously able to,
Adobe Acrobat opens with an error message:
"Adobe Reader could not open "File Name.doc" because it is either not a
supported file type or it is damaged (for example, it was sent as an
attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
I think it may have something to do with the associated File Types with
Outlook, Adobe or Word, but I have not been able to find anything to correct
this. How can I associate the files correctly, or decode them properly as
Adobe suggests?
