Hi All,
I'm using Outlook 2007 with BCM.
I have been using the "Email Auto LInk" feature to keep track of all the
communications with business contacts.
Once I read an email form a business contact, I want to delete it from my
inbox and have ti stored in the "History" tab for that business contact.
However, I notice that when I delete the email from my inbox and then clear
out my "Deleted Items" folder, any file attachemtns that might have been
included in the emails no longer appear in the "History" tab for the contact.
Do I actually have to save the original emails in some folder in order to
preserve the file attachements?
I thought the whole idea for the auto linking was to save me the time of
managing emails manually.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks in advance..
Jim
