file attachment in Business History

Hi,
Is there a way to link the email message with file attachment into the
Business Contact, and other user can view the file attachment in the Business
History ?
Currently only the owner who link the email can see the file attachment.

Yes, manually.

The owner of the email can save the attachment as a file in a shared
folder, then add that file to the history of the Business Contact.
