A few days ago I upgraded to Office 2003 sp3. This problem happened twice. I
am sure it is to do with the sp3 upgrade. A safe email from a colleague
arrived with an Excel file attached and not containing any macro code. I
right clicked on the attachment and selected the Copy option. At this point
Outlook 'hung'. I used task manager to remove Outlook. My profile file
appears to have been corrupted. This file increased in size from 1mb to 10mb
and has lost all of my directory mappings and other settings. Has anyone else
come across this issue?
