File Attachment link stored in Access database

I have designed a form (in InfoPath SP1) that stores all the data in an
Access 2003 database. However, I need to create a text field that is larger
than the 255 characters that Access allows or be able to attach a word
document to the form so that the file location is stored in the database and
when retrieved comes back as a Hyperlink. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
