File Attachment Not Displaying

I have an InfoPath form that connects to a web service
that accepts a document ID and retrieves the file (as a
base64Binary). InfoPath correctly interprets the field
as being a file attachment, but when I execute the form
it does not show the file. I have checked the XML by
saving the form results, and the bytes seem to be there,
they just don't show up in the form. Any ideas. I can
send you the Web Service's WSDL, the XSN, and XML form
data if that would help.

You can't just add the data as an attachment, it has to be in InfoPath's
special format.
