Greetings,
I'm trying to set up an InfoPath form for my organization's tier 2 users to
submit incident information to Support. I'm trying to make it as simple as
possible since I can't count on either the users or our support reps being
familiar with InfoPath.
Right now the form is hosted on one of our SharePoint sites. I've set it up
so that the form data gets submitted to Support's Outlook email account;
users are not permitted to save forms in the SharePoint library.
When I tested the form, the files I uploaded using File Attachment controls
weren't there. Any ideas on what I should do to fix this?
