file contains repairs made to it by Word

When saving a newly made document for the first time no errors are shown.
Saving the same document for the second time, however, results in the following message:
" This file contains repairs made to it by Word.
Saving the file will make these repairs permanent.
It is recommended that you review the repairs before saving the file."

When I go to 'review the repairs', no repairs are listed.

Saving the document results in no futher errors, though. The message also doesn't come up again when saving the document for a third or subsequent time.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use the repair option when you open the file. To do this, use File, Open,
highlight the document and then click the down arrow at the side of the OPEN
button and chose Open & Repair. If there is a problem, this should resolve
it.
