I read through some of the posts on this already, but none of them were
exactly what I'm looking for.
It appears that some word files (they may be office mac word) that get sent
to us are wanting to do the file conversion on an "understandable language".
This just started happening maybe a few weeks ago.
The tricky thing is that when we open up that same file through Web Outlook
- it opens up just fine without any problems. (Maybe it's something going on
within the network and not in the dmz???).
I've tried saving it to my pc first, I've tried a detect and repair, I've
tried it on other machines and have come up with nothing.
Anybody have any insight on this?
